Discover

The Discover phase provides a development road map for the project and ensures efficient project flow and a superior end result. Digital Shifters will conduct a client discovery in order to clarify your goals and objectives, assess your audience needs, position your brand for the online environment, and formulate technical requirements.

Define

Once the client discovery has been completed, Digital Shifters will synthesize this information to create a client brief, a comprehensive site architecture, page and technical specifications and wireframes. We will also make suggestions to further enhance the effectiveness of your website.

Design

After your company and our agency have agreed upon the structure and direction of the website, we begin the design phase. Our talented creative team will produce a unique design that provides the framework for your company information and at the same time focuses on your visitors experience.

Develop

The next step involves the Website development. We build the entire Website based on the established framework. Once the documents have been translated into actual pages and the functionality is developed, we begin our rigorous Quality Assurance testing.

Debug

Our quality assurance tests the Website for any errors and verifies that it conforms to internal and client standards. We measure a quality website in three ways: 1) product reliability, 2) a great user experience. 3) a happy client. Proper time invested in quality assurance ensures a more positive experience for the end-user.

Deploy

Once the site has passed our rigorous testing and your company has approved it, Digital Shifters will launch the new website. After its release we will transition the ongoing operation and maintenance of the website to your company and provide training for the content management system. The digital marketing strategy created during the Define phase will be implemented and ongoing maintenance will be monitored for optimal performance.
